It kind of is, as he's the outward face of Manchester, I think the worry was it would interfere to much with what we're trying to organise locally and might be better off delegating it to someone else. I guess in a lot of ways the 2 roles overlap, the only meetings the UKHBPA are going to do are going to be at tourneys anyway so it shouldn't be much extra work if it's just the Manchester rep role. Let someone from another city head up the thing for the 1st year. Chan? If it looks like extra work will be needed we can always change rep once we have a better idea of what they'll be expected to do.
