Could be a steal, or it could be stolen!
Bought the same frame as that but in 60cm for £57 - so maybe they just never do well?

Wow quite surprising! Looks a lovely frame, and yours is my size! You're lucky I didn't spot that!
Would have thought the carbon tribars and wheels might bump up the price on this one though?!
-
• #38054
Would think so too but as the listing is poor I'm not surprised at the price
-
• #38055
Tempting to buy for that price and just keep all the bits and sell the frame. Especially as I contacted the seller and he will box it up ready for a courier. Frame is far too small though, from the measurements he sent I reckons it's a 48cm.

Badly listed wheel set could be a bit of a bargain. Sounds like these hubs to me-

Hilary sold it a while ago:
TEAM BRITE MICRO LO-PRO TT FRAME Reynolds 853 c1998 built by Paul Donohue
Ex Chris Newton
Seat Tube (ctt): 44.5cm (17.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 52cm (20.5in)
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 700C
Frame tubing: Reynolds 853
This frame is an ex Team Brite micro lo-pro frame that was ridden by Chris Newton around 1998 and is beautifully built from Reynolds 853 tubing. Paul Donohue’s works built all the Team Brite frames and they employed a tig welder who was truly superb - in my opinion he was just as good as the tig welders at Merlin who I had seen working back in 1994. Its a really gorgeous frame which would equate to about a conventional 21.5 in road frame and is designed for use with a long aero seatpost and aero bars of course. It comes complete as shown in the photos with its original bladed carbon fibre forks. It could also be used as a very small conventional road frame due to its short top tube. £175 -

Definitely a potential bargain then! One which you are welcome to eyebrows as I has insufficient funds for such things anyway really. -

Hi, can you tell me more about the 'well limited edition duraace embossed crank arms'? I've seen several in my time and haven't come across this style before. Maybe they're an artist's series, as it definitely looks hand stamped - you can normally find the model number on the inside of the crank arms. As they're so rare, would you be willing to split the bike and just send me the crank arms if I win the auction?
Thanks, Mobidog
^ Holy crap!

Someone buy my Holdsworth off ebay, so I don't have to ship it to ireland for the current bidder...

Yes thank you sir, the all caps listing is horrible but the ease of just copy+pasting the original listing was too tempting

'This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available.'
The seller must have got sick of people asking whether the frame he was selling was straight and true and if it had been in a front end smack. Looks like consumer pressure may have won the day. Just hope he does not try and fob off his damaged frames on others and has the common decency to skip it.
Forgive me if I have missed something.
He's badly split the bike down (top race still stuck to stem), crap listing details /none, worst pictures I've ever seen, and £500 P&P on the front mech.
That guy really is just a little bit special.

'Vitus 992 frame was previously selling as a whole bike but due to being informed that the bike looks like its had a front smash decided to sell frame by its self. any questions please get in contact.'
'Vitus 992 bike forks, couple of little scratches on one side, any questions please get on contact.'
I am speechless. He has been told about his frame and he is now selling a safety critical component like the forks with a 'couple of little scratches on one side', when they need to be skipped. We all know there is unscrupulous scum out there prepared to offload their tat on unsuspecting buyers, but this guy is the crème de la crème.
