Watched quite a few movies over the weekend.
The Artist - Fantastic, now I get what everyone was talking about.
The Muppets - if you are childhood fan of the Muppets then you have to see this. I think the younguns are not going to get this. I'm sure they will like it, but I can't see them running out and getting Kermit toys and t-shirts. But us 'oldies' (read as 30-somethings) will love it!
A Dangerous Method - Very good! I didn't realise what/who the film was about before hand. Well acted all round even Keira did a good job, the russian accent was maybe a little overdone, but worked. Fassbender is really showing his range. Moretnson was good, but it really was Fassbender's film. Though Cassell did steal all his scenes playing Otto Gross.
Watching 'A Dangerous Method' spurred me to unwrap the 'Eastern Promises' dvd I picked up over a year ago in a 4-for-£20 deal in HMV, but never got around to watching. Another great film, had not realised it was filmed in London. Recognised many of the locations, plus Naomi Watts pulls off an amazing English/London accent.
