Inability to Sleep / Insomnia

Hey all,

Saw this thread a couple of days ago and it reminded me of I guy I worked with who quit his job with us to work on a idea based around insomnia.

Could be of some help to some people.

Has anyone tried this ? I have a history of insomnia and am having a bad bout at the moment. Also just been put on Anti D's for Anxiety.
I cant sleep because im stressed about not getting any sleep ! :(
