was going to switch to doing Mon-Wed-Fri evenings instead of Tue-Thur but my right calf is still very tight after rugby on Saturday (they were very very fat and there were a million scrums - still smashed them 50 odd points to 7). Will try to stretch it out today and see but I fear it may have to wait until next week and I'll just go tomorrow and Thursday this week.
