Went running with my flatmate this evening around highbury fields,I'm trying to help him get in shape (not that I am by any means 'in shape') but it did make me realise that as I cycle to work every day, run 3-4 times a week, play football twice a week, boxercise and work out at home that I probably am not that bad.
I carried on and I think I'm close to being back at 4minute km's on the road for 10km. Thinking of having a serious March in terms of eating/drinking and seeing if I can keep this over half marathon distance...
