    Good work! Yesterday's run seems more consistent too, as your fastest pace was slower, but your overall time was quicker/ ave pace faster. My heart rate is still way higher than I'd like for my long runs, in the 160's. Runs feel so good when running at an ave hr of 140-150 bpm, knowing you can turn it up if necessary.
