As above - fantastic evening! The venue is great - really intimate. Had excellent seat a couple of rows back from the track opposite the finish line. Brilliant atmosphere for the GB teams particularly - great they both made the top 2.
Getting in was slow when I got there - bit of a queue for security, then again for the buses, then the bus trip. 30-40 mins all in.
Queues for the beer / sandwiches also long.
Watched the final heat by the exit door, so was able to beat the rush back to the buses.
There seems to be shitloads to do in the park as a whole to get it finished and it doesn't look like it'll be a nice place to stroll around taking in the atmosphere. Looks like Gatwick at the moment.
