and why wouldnt you? A Hunter Thomson book directed by the withnail and i director sounds like a great watch.

The screenplay was written by the director IIRC. Hardly any of the dialogue is Thompson's, but it's great all the same.

I watched Moon (2009) last night. Naturalistic acting, creepy psychologically, based on a solid concept and filmed in the UK - I had to double check it wasn't a Danny Boyle film.
