Holy shit Tim, that is great news!
Public liability insurance could have proved to be a massive problem otherwise. I'm sold on the uni for surface, cost and availability. I'm not sold on it for access, shops and getting pissed.
Sorry I could come yesterday btw, mad work day in London followed by house viewing. I'll be there for PP on Sunday, barring too much funnnnnn at Danny & Lucy's bash :)
