    Why wouldn't it be a direct.gov.uk address?

    It's a real website for a real company... legit apparently.

    Yes and yes. I noticed that after I had entered my details. Looks like their SSL certificate is a bit dodgy.

    I wonder what commission they take. Surely can't be more expensive than employing somebody to manually process the cheque/money order and fine slip.

    On the other hand, one less job...
