really struggling to battle low energy levels at the minute. I felt fine for months with a massively reduced food intake, now I can barely keep my eyes open most of the day and my brain just won't seem to shut up at night so down on sleep too.
haven't weighed myself in weeks but I think that would just depress me even further so will just concentrate on getting back on an even keel and bringing my mood/energy up before obsessing over 0.2kg etc
going to try and be more sensible and not skip meals (apart from breakfast as the last thing I can face in the morning is food - maybe a 10 o'clock apple or summat). Back to having lunch everyday now (usually Muesli and Fat Free Onken Vanilla Yoghurt) an just spent £90 on groceries last night that were mostly veg or fish (had a metric fuckton of spring greens last night - if only there was a dog in the office I could blame today....)
2 things, do weigh yourself, and do eat breakfast.
Eating breakfast gets your metabolism going, fact, not having it means your body is still asleep until 10 and is trying to keep calories to keep itself going...
If you are afraid of the scales your lying to youself, if your up on weight so what, do something about it, if you've lost it then it'll make you feel ace, just do it when you've beengood for a couple of days and weigh yourself first thing in the morning to give you the best result possible....
