Seems like an awful lot of this going on at the moment.
My wife's bike was stolen yesterday.
Exmouth Market EC1, was locked to Sheffield stand between my bike and one other. Abus lock snipped with boltcutters. Stolen between 1310 and 1400.
Trek Pilot 5.0 in 'Hyacinth' (that's a kind of light blue to you & me)
Shimano 105 groupset, including triple chainset and a brand new cassette.
Specialized Arial saddle, I believe
Aksium wheels. Front tyre Aksion; rear an older replacement.
Had an Exposure Maxx-D on it. Probably still has the mount. Cateye computer mount (we have the computer). Exposure rear light, as well as a couple of Knogs.
Had a red Trek tailbag with a Smart light on it, and a bartop Topeak bag
She's really upset about it - she's unlikely to ever buy another CF road bike.
Thanks to the guy at East Central Cycles for the sympathy and the help getting to Brick Lane. It wasn't there.
