The differences between the two mechs that I know are :

Carbon inner cage and body inner link plate
Additional body machining
Aluminium body pivot pins
Aluminium adjustment screws
Titanium cable fixing screws and pulley screws
Blackbox pulleys
and the Titanium spring in the body ..

And one will work without fault for many a mile and one is an expensive way to make a good design fragile. Very nice bit of modification but I struggle to see the point.
