  • A question, I'm currently 104kg, I plan to get to about 90kg (think this should be me pretty trim) if my strength remained the same (which it won't, I expect it will increase, but for the sake of the question) at 90kg would I find that my squat max has gone up by 14kg? Is there such correlation between body weight and lifting ability? I've been wondering since seeing a big guy, must have been 20 stone plus, struggling to squat 2 plates the other day...
