  • Fuuuuu... Made a bean kiev with mango chutney inside for myself and another for my daughter for lunch.Also had an avocado with french dressing and a slice of italian bread.

    As she didn't eat it all, I ate most of it. Now I've found out that those two veggie kievs had 660g of carbs and 448 kcal (plus another 200 something kcal of avocado). I'm already 300g over my carbs limit and reached the calories limit for today. I want moar food and had no cardio scheduled for toady!
