I think the only part that is hard to come by is the titanium spring in the Red body? Not sure on that one.
The differences between the two mechs that I know are :
Carbon inner cage and body inner link plate
Additional body machining
Aluminium body pivot pins
Aluminium adjustment screws
Titanium cable fixing screws and pulley screws
Blackbox pulleys
and the Titanium spring in the body .. -

it's not allowed to start in track competition with a computer / measuring device display on your bike.

Correct.
Also F. Moser knew that. -

Can you put it on your seat post then, so you can't look at it?

Yes, that's where most people put it (seat post/saddle rail). I suppose if a commissaire was being a particular bell end he might still want the display taped over, as a contortionist could still read his power output mid-ride on this BT, for example

This is very nice. It's sort of impossible to tell in a photo but the forks look a bit bashed perhaps?

From Current Projects. Super clean, but with interesting details and nothing 'wrong' (ok maybe the lever angle).
-

The cog makes it.
Lever position is dead right for riding, but granted looks clumsy from the side. I did take some photos of it moved in-line with the bars, but then I got over myself.

did you find a Dura Ace 18t in the end?

No, but it can wait really.

where?

I was thinking along the lines of the chromed 'ends, seat tube, bars, bar wrap and pedals.
It does it for me.
