  • Normally things like this get derailed when the gf comes up for the weekend, but we just made this:

    Huge veggie curry and rice, with a toasted pitta: 954 calories (took ages to enter all the ingredients into the website). Had a run earlier, and a healthy lunch, so have added half a bottle of white wine and come in (just) with a deficit for the day. If only I had time to do all this every day. Still, off to Edinburgh for a few days so plenty of time to balls up the whole month...
