    My weight should be around the 70-73kg mark.
    Currently sat at more like 85-86kg and really feeling it, I don't even vaguely look like myself!
    Compared to this time last year, I know I'm eating less, a LOT less, I'm borderline not excersizing (well, an hour a day of being dragged around by 2 dogs) thanks to being rubbish and suffering from some illness thing which keeps me locked up (its complicated and doc's are still working out what it is/ how to get rid of it, been ongoing for 3month).

    IN the next week will have some rollers sorted so I can at least do something even when the weather is shit, has anyone got any advice for someone starting from scratch (again)? last year I got to a pretty decent fitness and was starting to shed some weight (went from 88kg down to about 80 over 6month and felt a LOT better) but then I got ill again and now i'm the worst i've ever been, need to do something about it can't stand feeling like this!
    Will probably have to work out what I actually eat in a day, one mans moursal is another mans feast!
