My thoughts on that frame: the slack angles are for 2 reasons:
1) Versatility with wheels and tyres, allowing fairly large tyres and with enough space for mudguards on smaller tyres should you want some for the winter.
2) The sloping top tube was to allow the frame to use cheaper construction techniques, which ishow they manage to get other higher quality components on a bike at that price point.
This is a cheaper equivalent of the Vigorelli, but to get that price point some very small compromises had to be made. When I saw it in the shop I was impressed with what it is, given the very low price for it.
Have I ridden it? No. So go ride one and find out.
