  • Surprisingly today I've only had porridge so far and I'm still full. Had porridge at 645 this morning, then a coffee once I was settled at work (830) since then I've had green tea and 2 pints of water. I'm still full but starting to get hungry now.

    Looks like if I can carry on like this I'll be OK without the 10am protein shake, but may alternate days between the coffee and the protein shake.
