I can't rule out dehydration but I had a glass of water before weighing in, and I drink 3-4 liters of water throughout the day.
Just been given a box of nakd bars, which fit my whole foods plan really nicely as well as adding a huge amount of convenience to life as each one is 160 ish calories so will work pretty well as snacks and boosters to meals to get me to my calorie coiunt without eating loads of processed food.
I now see why vegans are generally quite skinny!
