  • Just been out and done 2.4 miles. Nothing to you guys, but my knee is stinging away now. Will do another on Friday, keep plugging away.

    I know I post this every couple of pages. But mix some off road running into your training. It adds the strength you need with less repeatitive hard impact. Up here people are often shocked that I run on the tarmac at all. Your knees dont like it.

    If its more than just noobie aches. Rest it. Knees is tricky to fix.
