I was up to 6 & 1/2 days on my Incredible S last week, with the bar still green, and only charged it because I was planning on a long ride with GPS blah.
The sad reality is user error. I mean that in the nicest possible way of course.
Depends on what you term "use" I imagine, the published standby time for your Incredible S is around the 15 day mark- I imagine that this is with all radios turned off, screen inactive etc. Published talktime is six and a half hours.
So in theory you could use it for an hour a day and it would last you your six and a half days.
That's viable only if you turn off all the radios, screen etc at the end of your hours use- but you may well do this.
The Huawei Blaze wades into battle with 12 and a half days standby, and four hours of talktime, so you are ahead already due to your larger battery and more efficient screen.
My experience of the Blaze is that if it comes off the charger at ~7am if will need to go back on at ~2pm, so seven hours, which is fairly credible if you look at the four hour usage prediction- although of course it's not in constant use.
So it's performing according to it's makers specifications, and I should stop complaining really.
The iPhone which I have gave back to my now ex place of work this morning would last until midnight, despite being given a damn good using all day, which is what puts the Android handsets I have had and have into contrast when it comes to battery life.
tldr.
I would like the battery to last longer, without having to follow a BMMF usage model.
