Sounds legit.
I honestly don't think that the closure of Novitzky's investigation means much in terms of "did he or did he not dope?", since that was only concerned with the misappropriate of US federal funds. If USADA/WADA can get their hands on the evidence presented, and particularly any testimony from big George, St. Lance is in trouble.
