  • stuffed aubergines

  • Ginger Pig beef back ribs £2.50 a slab cooked 4 hours at 120 c

Probably need closer to 6-8 hrs to render more fat out; they were just too rich even though meat was falling off the bone and juicy.

    I will persevere

  • Chilli chicken and sweetcorn puff pastry pie. Made with stock, a little crème fraîche and some chilli flakes. Had it with peas and garlicky mashed carrots. YUM.

  • Doubletap, put the full recipe up. Did you marinade them first?
    I'm making those tomorrow.

  • Put a BBQ rub on them and wrapped in cling film in fridge for 6 hours then on a roasting rack over water in a roasting tray sealed with tin foil, last 30 minutes remove tin foil and baste with BBQ sauce twice.

Immense! Which Ginger Pig did you get them from I need to get some this week and slow cook them.

  • Nuno, I'm kind of glad you didn't come. I would have been ashamed to watch you staring at us in utter disgust.

Looks amazing but I know the taste all too well, and what come after..
I stank of meat for weeks, my sweat, my body smell.. my pours were oozing with pork fat. yuck.

  • I've stocked up on only vegetables and am doing 2 hours a day on the turbo.

Granted, right now I'm sat with beer watching the Super Bowl, but I'll get there.

    Those cupcakes look pathetic.
Do this. The recipe's well easy, and the results are delicious and look great.
Don't make as much icing as they suggest though.
