Yep, Nike road shoes seem to be the best snow footwear I've ever owned. Good buy boots!
Next week I'm will walk to Wansted Flats and the run a loop around it. Fed up with pavements - full of slushy grey mass, hence very slow 2.88 miles. Well, better this than nothing. And followed by a cool down workout in my local outdoor gym.
