Probably not, it's not a good measure of anything.
I'm more likely to take the accumulative scores of all rep in the thread.
Except, I'm planning for rep to be of three kinds, +1, 0, -1... or Yay, Meh, Grr.
So a per-post YMG, and the sum of all of that would indicate thread quality.
