I'm going to focus this week and try and catch up.
I wish it snowed all the time, I went for a 5k skate to get to a hill, and sessioned it for an hour or so...
Feel like it was the best exercise I've done all year.
hadn't even thought of getting them out, mainly because the common is flat!
you're still ahead in the weekly weight competition, we'll see in a couple of days if the weight is just dehydration or is in fact 'real weight loss'!
i suspect the fact that your core was doing overtime for stability contributes to the feeling of being pleasantly knackered!
