70kg dead, giving me .1 to go to target weight and 15 kg total weight loss since 6th October.
I'm not going to be as thin as I'd like at this weight but I'm going to try to consolidate for a few weeks at least anyway, and possibly up the weights to try and convert fat to muscle.
Bought a tape measure as its the best way I can think of to track progress with this goal in mind....
Interestingly my scales say I'm still a little overweight! (motherfuckers)
