It worked out really well. I thought I took a photo with my phone but maybe not. I'd use twice as much biscuit base next time though, one pack of hob nobs didnt make enough for a 10" torte. It was too slim in places. I also made the mistake of tasting the chocolate mix before I'd chilled it and it was a bit foul.
Very rich and sweet... definitely something to make for special occasions only!
I think it may have been the first cake-type thing I have ever made, was quite pleased that it worked out in the end.
Dont suppose you have a decent vegan apple pie recipe? I am keen for that.
