Need some advice on the SIDI range please.

SID Eagle 6 Carbon from Germany for 155 pounds (sorry no pound symbol on my aussie keyboard). http://www.bike24.com/1.php?content=8;navigation=1;menu=1000,18,58;product=13229
Both offer the same exchange/ refund service, only difference is the postage to Germany will be a little more if I need to change them.
First question, are the Eagle 6 carbons worth the extra 45 pounds?
Second question re sizing again, should I buy according to my UK standard shoe size or should I run off the sidi sizing chart foot length. http://www.bicyclehero.com/us/sidisizechart/
