    ^yes. almonds are also epic on the bike food.

    I try and eat every 2-3 hours. And by that I mean small meals.

    To feel full you need a handfull of some sort of protein with each meal.

    Spenceey you need a meal between your 6:30 and 12:30. That is way too long to go without food if you want to keep your metabolic rate elevated. Well, it is for me.
