  • Back in the routine of being starving hungry by 1030am today.

    Had a big bowl of porridge for breakfast (around 630)

    Hungry again by 1030 ate sandwich and apple

    Ate other half of sandwich around 12.

    Now I've just gone and brought another apple and orange to keep me going till I get home tonight.

    Would taking protein shakes fill me up from say the 9am gap till lunch?
