  • if you are eating sub 1000 calories per day and doing that much exercise, your body must be in starvation mode, eventually it'll give up and you'll loose that last bit but a healthier way would be to increase your calorie intake so that you are about 500 calories deficit per day from you BMR and exercise needs.

    i can't comment on loosing the last bits of fat, as i'm not there yet...
