Just buy some body fat calipers, not only cheap but also far more accurate and reliable than some magic scale. I find the same thing with heavy weight training and running/cycling some days everything seems a little wobbly then next morning randomly firm.
Good plan. I'm not autitioning to be a member of the chippendales (shows age). I just want to get as heavy as possible before March 31st, without adding fat, and while maintaining my distance run times.
