My fat loss seems to be sporatic. I work hard for a week without noticable progress, then wake up one morning looking skinny. I alternate heavy weight training, with long runs/rides. Maybe this is the cause. Logic tells me that slight muscle growth, with slight fat loss, would give a exagerated visiual impact. Starting to want some fat maesuring scales. I guess they're shite. But as long as they are shite in a consistant manner, they'll be useful.
