What are you losing weight for? 65 kg is pretty low already.
I mean Contador is around 62 kg.
This. I'm not really looking to loose any more and from the looks of the safe height/weight chart you don't need to either. I'm using this thread/chart simply as a motivator to keep me exercising and prevent myself from yoyoing up and down wildly.
So far it's working, I have lost a lot but I fully expect it to creep back up as I put muscle back on. I hope everyone sticks this out for a good few months as it'll be interesting to see where everyones weight settles as they train towards specific goals.
If you're exercising more than you were previously and eating more healthily then it's all win.
