  • 72.2 after a bad weekend and monday, so not too dissappointed, double run today and I should be back on track, running seems to help me be more disciplined with what I eat and drink, I think its makes me more aware of how much effort it takes to burn off a pint!

    got some friends over for dinner tomorrow and going out for drinks on friday but other than that I feel another good week is on the cards. Aim is to be sub 71 by friday morning!
