Need a new haircut - anyone with cool hair post a pic

I need my hair sorting out, it's halfway down my back and epic split central.
Who are the forums resident stylists? I don't want to look a twat, basically just want the split ends dealt with and back of my neck tidied up. Haven't been for a haircut in the last 6 years, Lady Liz takes a pair of kitchen scissors to them every siz months or so and lops the ends off but thats about it, it's starting to get a bit scruffy looking now..
Can pay cash monies or beer or hugs.

Why don't hairdressers fucking listen?

What does he do? Cut back the sides and lops off everything on the back, and only takes 0.5cm off the front.

All of a sudden he's done, and I'm like
"so you've forgotten the top"
"yeah it'll look silly now the sides are short"
"I didn't want anything off the sides"
"Oh"
"OK well cheers"

Now I look like a 14 year old daughter of a single parent in Brighton who listens exclusively to Elastica and Flock of Seagulls.

Next time go to a unisex place, like I told ya. Preferably some Polish girls - they'll listen (almost) and do more feminine style than your average Turkish barber who will give you that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad look instead.

I went to the Turkish barber on Cally Road about four times in a row, because they give you free coffee and the haircut was only £7.
But I finally realised that having your fringe cut in a straight line across your forehead isn't a great look.

Now I go to that place in White Lion Street where it's £8 and I couldn't be happier. Plus last time, the Polish girl kept her hand in my hair for ages then said 'you have nice hair'.

Gonna tap up my local barber next week at some point for a shave and to have the weird fluffy bits at the back of the neck removed, after 6 years it's quite rampant. Not letting him near my hair tho in fear of what he might do. Walked past a million times and he's got a fucking beast of a fixed blade razor.
Polish girls complimenting me and touching up my hair does appeal though.

I once made a gif of the changes my haircuts went through at the horrific time that it was bleached blonde. I'm quite tempted to post it here as it does belong on this page of terrible hairdoos, but I know it will be disseminated throughout the rest of the forum and used to abuse me if I do.

I've been rocking the liberty x high and tight ponytail while running recently. A strong look and no mistake with sideburns, week-old stubble, Thai fishermans trousers and a tynan tshirt.
