  • This depends on age though. I used to always have a six-pack regardless of weight, as I carried all my extra weight on my legs. Now with age I can go from six-pack in the morning to small pot in the afternoon, as the upper stomach seems to be the new storage area of chioce.

    My new top tip for fat loss/ muscle growth, is hurricane recovery. After clearing damaged trees for a weekend. I still feel like i'm in a calorie depisite, 5 days later.

    I've always carried it in the pot belly, I have very little fat deposition anywhere but centrally, and I find it properly hard to shift.
    I've never had a 6 pack, even when I was competitive swimming.
    Its developing a little now though- I can see the first tendinous intersection of the rectus abdominis, my linea semilunaris and alba, and the obliques seem to be becoming defined.
