  • My target remains 69.9 and to sustain untill may, that doesn't preclude loosing fat but want to ensure I give myself the best chance of reamining injury free untill the marathon so figure a few more calories will help that.

    I am feeling that this probably isn't going to be my final weight as I now feel I'm close enough to a six pack that its achievable so will push for that post marathon if possible. According to my home scales (which still tell me I'm overweight) my ideal body weight is 67.3 so that could be an updated target for then!

    Was 71.7 this morning fully hydrated which gives me a pretty good shout of reaching my target in time for our challenge and I don't have a massive run in the plan this weekend to throw things off kilter.
