keeping at this weight for the rest of the week is the goal giving me one to go before 19th February.
had quite a nice cranberry, almond and dark chocolate bar earlier at a meeting (it had already gone for an hour over so i had lost all faith in being able to eat lunch) kept the wrapper to see if i can find some more, was quite tempted to grab the whole plate full on the way out!
