in the meantime, I could be interested in the headset in a split, assuming it's in as nice condition as the rest of your stuff?

It is long, but maybe looks a little exaggerated with the lowered TT. It's pretty nice geo for the size and the more relaxed front end makes it comfortable for all day riding, or longer rides. Also, has no Toe overlap.
It was good for me with the risers and shorter stem (as in pic) but really I (my back) just needs the extra height in the headtube and also, I prefer riding with drops.

The Headset is in excellent nick, i'll let you know if it comes to a split.
