Yep, but mine were quite happy for that second "car" to be my Vespa.
They were also happy for the "garage" to be a parking space in a gated car park, as there were two walls and a roof over my spot. I expect if it had been nicked from there they would not have paid out though.
They were also happy for me to be insured on a provisional licence as long as somebody on the policy had had a full one for 3 years.
