I am very happy with mine, find it comfortable and the quality high. I luckily found one second hand so I avoided the pain of Condor pricing (but can't comment on the service you get for a new build there). It had only been ridden once by the previous owner, so was effectively new. If you search this thread for Condor you will find a pic of mine probably in March.
