Well hopped on the scales for the first time since before Christmas and have been pleasantly surprised to find I'm the same weight again. Have been intentionally avoiding scales and credit card statements because I know things got a little out of hand over the silly season. A few weeks of hard work and healthy eating seems to have sorted things out though. Aim for the next 6 weeks is to drop 6kg down to 105. Problem is I'm in heavy weight training cycle for rugby, with four sessions a week at the gym, while trying to train up or my first solo single speed 8ht Mtb race at the end of feb. Two rather contradictory aims, AM rides 5 days a week plus gym 4 afternoons, I'll either get really fit or implode, only 1 way to find out.
