  • Actually, genuinely sorry. I did hesitate before posting. As, while it fits within the title of the thread, I'm not sure it fits within the vibe of the thread. The thing is, when you're my height, that it doesnt take much of a lapse from a decent balance of diet andf exercise before you explode sideways. So I use the tips on here to add weight carefully. That 1Kg added has taken me several months preparation. So I got a bit excited.

    Nah you are alright really. It is still in the spirit of the thread. I would just like some tails of woe from some of the larger people. I had a variable week.

    Minor victory: Not eating FREE PIZZA and FREE BEER at work thing. Reading that sentence back I cant quite comprehend how that was a victory and not total insanity.

    Minor defeat: Eating a bag of crisps before football. though i dont feel that bad about this.
