I wont be posting my weight post run in any seriousness more for amusement.
I lost about 2kg over 19 miles so i might sneek under the 70kg boundary but its such a dehydrated weight it goes back on as soon as i drink anything.
Going to keep doing my weight on a friday for now as its the most realistic weight i'll get all week as i havent run for c24 hours and should be within normal hydration levels..
