Actually, genuinely sorry. I did hesitate before posting. As, while it fits within the title of the thread, I'm not sure it fits within the vibe of the thread. The thing is, when you're my height, that it doesnt take much of a lapse from a decent balance of diet andf exercise before you explode sideways. So I use the tips on here to add weight carefully. That 1Kg added has taken me several months preparation. So I got a bit excited.
FTR I'm very impressed with the amount of dedication of people on here, most recently Edmundo.

I've been in this place for years!
Thankfully my huge amount of running and no leg weights rule has meant I can fit into pretty much all normal trousers these days, slim fit is still a no no though on both a quad and calf basis. Maybe after another 12kg....
I'm pretty careful with my legs, and also dont do any weights with them. But I stll cant run without undershorts/tights. The thigh rub is so bad I've, on more than one occasion, come home with my socks saturated in blood.
